摘要
多元文化教育是内地办学的应然选择,它不仅关系着内地班学生学业水平的提高,而且是实现民族自觉的重要举措。在内地班进行多元文化教育,现阶段的重点是做好三个方面的工作,一方面是教师的多元文化教育培训,二是多元文化课程的建构,三是多元文化课堂教学模式的设计。教师的多元文化教育培训的重点是双语教学培训和多元文化教育教学理念与技能的培训。在多元文化课程建构上,贡献法、民族附加法是目前内地班切实可行的做法。内地班的课堂教学应以少数民族学生为根本出发点,紧密围绕他们的民族认知特点和文化特点来展开,构建起文化支架教学模式对内地班的课堂教学具有普遍的适用性。内地班的多元文化教育改革还存在很多问题和障碍,其中评价机制不健全是多元文化教育课程实施的关键性制约因素。多元文化教育的实施需要教育部门和学校协同进行整体改革,才能取得更大的成效。
Multicultural education is the ideal choice for hinterland classes of ethnic students,which is not only related to students ' academic level, but also is an important measure to achieve national consciousness. In carrying out multicultural education in these classes,the focus of the present stage is to do a good job in two aspects: one is to conduct multicultural education and training for teachers,and the other is to open multicultural courses. Teachers' training should be focused on training bilingual teaching as well as concepts and skills of multicultural education. In constructing a multicultural curriculum,contribution method and national-additional method should be adopted. In multicultural education reform there still exist many problems and obstacles. The evaluation mechanism is the key factor in the implementation of multicultural education which needs coordinated efforts of educational departments and schools in order to achieve a greater success.
