华德福学前教育思想及其对我国少数民族学前教育的启示 被引量:1

摘要 我国的少数民族大多聚居在偏远山区或草原。这里远离现代化,远离城市的喧嚣,人们过着简朴、平静的生活。这里有天然纯净的自然环境,各个民族都有着丰富多彩的民族民间艺术与特色各异的民族传统节日。华德福学校关注儿童个性的发展,提倡教育要顺应自然、适时而教、回归原始、艺术化和重视节日庆典。华德福的这些教育思想与成功实践,对我国少数民族地区因地制宜,开展具有民族特色的学前教育,有着很深的启发。 Most of ethnic minorities reside in the remote mountains or grassland in China. The place is far away from the modernization, the hustle and bustle of the city. People live a simple, quiet life. There is natural and pure environment there, each nation has a rich and colorful folk art and different traditional ethnic festivals. Waldorf school focuses on children's development of personality, and it advocates that education should obey the law of nature, teach appropriate knowledge at different ages of students, make teaching process simple and original, and be artistic; at the same time, attaches importance to the festival. These Waldorf education ideology and its successful practiced has a deep inspiration to develop preschool education in the light of local conditions for national minority areas in China.
