摘要
全球化的发展使我国传统英语专业人才培养模式面临挑战,民族地区高校也不例外。当前,应用型和复合型人才的匮乏成为了制约民族地区社会经济发展的瓶颈。基于此,以武陵山片区高校英语专业人才培养为研究对象,在分析现状的基础上,引入CLP-CDIO人才培养理念,从改变观念、整体化课程建设、项目教学法和课程教学评价创新这四个方面提出建议,以此推动民族地区院校英语专业应用型人才培养模式改革。
The development of globalization makes traditional English talents cultivation mode face challenges, colleges and universities in national regions are no exception. At present, the lacking of practical and interdisciplinary talents has become a bottleneck restricting the development of social economy in national regions. Based on this, this paper, taking English major talents cultivation of colleges in wuling mountain area as the research object, based on the analysis of the status quo, the CLP - CDIO concept of talents cultivation is introduced, it puts forward the proposal from four aspects as follows: the change of concept , and integrated course instruction, project teaching method and teaching evaluation innovation, so as to promote the reform of applied talents cultivation for English majors in national regions.
