特色文化视角下的城市软实力建构——以沪宁杭为例

Urban soft power construction from the view of Chinese characteristic culture:taking Shanghai,Nanjing and Hangzhou for example

沪宁杭作为长三角都市圈三大区域性中心城市,是具有较强文化辐射和文化反射功能的"特色文化城市"。在全球化浪潮的作用下,沪宁杭在国际化、文化特色和智慧创新等方面正在表现出某种趋同性和相似性,城市的某些独有文化特征正在弱化。从三个视角对沪宁杭各自的城市文化特色及"软实力"进行了比较分析。这三个视角分别是:"特色文化城市软实力"建构的维度;"特色文化城市软实力"建构的要素;"特色文化城市软实力"建构的模式。

As three regional central cities of the Yangtze River Delta Area, Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou are characteristic cities which have cultural reflection and cultural radiation function. In the context of globalization tide, the three cities show some convergence and similarity such as in internationalization, urban culture and wisdom of innovations, as well as fade in some particular cultures. This essay starts from three different perspectives to compare each city culture feature and soft power. The first perspective is the construction of soft power of cities with characteristic culture; the second one is the elements of constructing soft power of cities with characteristic culture; and the third one is the mode of constructing soft power of cities with characteristic culture.
