摘要
集团企业内部的各个企业具有整体性和相关性的特点,需要相互协调和合作,才能实现整个集团企业的可持续发展。因此,对集团企业各直属企业的协同效果进行评价具有一定的现实意义。本文从资源整合、管理手段、市场运营、效益贡献4个方面,建立了直属企业协同效果评价指标体系。根据模糊粗糙集原理,构建了变精度模糊相似关系的下近似集,根据近似分类质量,进行指标约简,保留关键指标;利用D-S证据理论进行协同效果的评价,构建Mass函数,为使评价结果更为合理,通过信息融合对传统合成算法进行修正。最后,本文选用我国某集团企业的5家直属企业进行算例分析,验证了本文提出的评价指标和评价方法具有较强的适用性和科学性。
Each enterprise of enterprise groups has the characteristics of integrity and relevance , only coordination and cooperation can make the whole groups realize the sustainable development . Therefore , evaluating the synergistic effect of enterprises directly under enterprise groups has certain practical significance . In this paper , the synergistic effect evaluation index system of the subordinate enterprises is constructed from four aspects , namely the resource integration , ladder of management , market operation and benefit contribution . Based on the fuzzy rough set theory , lower approximation set of the variable precision fuzzy similarity relation is constructed . According to the quality of approximation classification , the index system is reduced , and the key indicators are kept . Then , the synergistic effect is evaluated by using D -S evidence theory . The Mass function is constructed . Furthermore , the traditional synthesis algorithm is modified by information fusion to make the final evaluation result more accurate . Five subsidiaries of some enterprise groups are selected for example analysis , and the results verify that the evaluation index and evaluation method proposed in this paper are applicable and scientific .
