新型城镇化背景下传统村落特色文化的保护与传承——基于缸瓦窑村的考察

Protection and Inheritance of Special Cultural Heritage of Traditional Villages in the Process of New Urbanization Construction Based on the Investigation of Gangwayao Village

城市化进程和村落文化保护是一组难以破解的矛盾。新型城镇化建设给传统村落特色文化保护带来挑战的同时,也孕育着文化维新的机遇。利用村落特色文化资源融入城市体系,推进特色城镇建设;营造村落文化社区,重建文化空间;重视整体保护传承,恢复文化生态;合理发展特色文化产业,推进就地城镇化的实现;最终达到村落特色文化保护传承与新型城镇化的共赢。作为特色文化资源丰厚的传统村落,南宁市缸瓦窑村的困境与际遇折射出新型城镇化建设中传统村落特色文化保护传承的深层问题与可能路径。

The process of urbanization and village cultural protection are a contradiction hard to resolve. The new urbanization is a big challenge to the protection of traditional villages as well as opportunities for cultural restoration. We can integrate traditional village cultural resources into urban system, and promote the development of towns with special characteristics; create village cultural communities, and rebuild cultural space; stress the overall protection, and restore cultural ecology; develop special cultural industry, and promote local urbanization. As a result, we can achieve the win-win situation of protecting cultural heritage and realizing new urbanization. As a traditional village, Gangwayao Village is located in Nanning new district and encounters difficulties with the new urbanization, which reflects the issues and possible paths in protecting traditional cultural villages.
