中原经济区视野下河南民办高校应用型人才培养探究

PROBE INTO CULTIVATING PRACTICAL TALENTS IN PRIVATELY- OWNED UNIVERSITIES IN HENAN PROVINCE UNDER PERSPECTIVES OF THE CENTRAI PLAINS ECONOMIC ZONE

中原经济区建设给高校发展带来众多机遇的同时,高校人才培养也面临着严峻挑战。立足于中原经济区建设对应用型人才需求的背景下,分析河南民办高校人才培养现状,针对存在的问题提出应用型人才培养的有效路径。

The construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone has brought not only many opportunities for the development of universities but also serious challenges to the training of personnel. Under the background of the demand for practical talents in constructing the Central Plains Economic Zone, the paper analyzes the current situation of cultivating talents in privately-owned universities in Henan Province and puts forward some effective approaches to the training of talents in the light of the existing problems.
