摘要
创新型科技人才是我国建设现代化宏伟大业的根本保证,通过对"创新能力"的阐述提出大学生创新能力培养体系的四个有机组成部分及其相互关系,并通过建立创新能力培养绩效评价模型,以期对高校的学生创新工作改革提供科学依据。
Innovative technical talents are fundamental guarantee for the great cause of building a modem nation. The paper elaborates on the mechanism of cultivating college students＇ creative ability, i. e. the four organic parts and their mutual relationship. Performance evaluation model of cultivating students＇ creative ability is established with the purpose of providing a scientific basis for innovative reform in student work in universities.
