不同处理方式对单侧睾丸扭转大鼠对侧睾丸Nrf2表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究未成熟大鼠单侧睾丸扭转后健侧睾丸中核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)的表达,探讨不同处理方式下Nrf2表达与健侧睾丸损伤程度的相关性。方法 SD雄性未成熟大鼠36只,随机分为假手术组即对照组、扭转复位组和扭转切除组(n=12)。采用Turner法建立左侧睾丸扭转模型,各组大鼠分别于术后6 h、12 h、24 h以快速脱颈法处死,采集未扭转侧睾丸标本进行病理染色、丙二醛(MDA)检测和Nrf2表达测定。结果扭转切除组与复位组相比睾丸MDA含量显著减少(P<0.05),Nrf2基因转录和蛋白表达显著增加(P<0.05)。结论 Nrf2可能是睾丸扭转复位后影响健侧睾丸损伤修复的重要因素。 Objective To study the correlation between the contralateral Nrf2 expression and the injured degree of the contralateral testis with different treatments in the unilateral testicular torsion.Methods Thirty-six immature SD rats were divided into three groups ( n=12):sham operation group, torsion/detorsion group and torsion/ectomy group.According to Turner ’ s method, the model of testicular torsion was established and the rats executed by rapidly remo-ving the neck after 6 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours respectively.Then biopsies of the health side were taken to examine the pathological staining, MDA assay and the contralateral Nrf2 ex-pression.Results The MDA level of the torsion/ectomy group was significantly lower than that of the torsion/distortion group(P〈0.05), and the Gene transcription and protein expres-sion of Nrf2 increased ( P 〈0 .05 ) .Conclusion Nrf2 may be an important factor in the process of testicular damage and repair after torsion reduction.
