摘要
目的研究荷瘤后坐骨神经指数及神经传导速度的相关性。方法将45只昆明鼠随机分为对照组和荷瘤组,分别于荷瘤后4 d、6 d、12 d、18 d、24 d测定坐骨神经指数、神经传导速度。结果坐骨神经指数与神经传导速度在对照组与荷瘤组之间、荷瘤组不同时间的测定结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在不同时间点,坐骨神经功能指数与传导速度的相关性均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随时间进展受侵袭程度加深,荷瘤坐骨神经功能呈下降趋势,坐骨神经功能指数与传导速度存在明显相关性。
Objective To study correlation between nerve conduction velocity ( NCV)and sci-atic nerve function index ( SFI) in the mouse sciatic nerve injury induced by sarcoma.Meth-ods Forty-five Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group and tumor-load group. SFI and NCV were measured at day 4, 6, 12, 18 and 24 respectively after tumor load.Results There were significant differences in SFI and NCV between the control group and the tumor-load group as well as among the results measured at different time points in the tumor-load group (P〈0.05).At different time points, correlations between SFI and NCV were statistical-ly significant ( P〈0.05) .Conclusoin Along with the time progress of nerve damage aggra -vation of tumor bearing,the sciatic nerve function is decreased, and the NCV and SFI has ob-vious relevance.
