双小切口双钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折 被引量:7

Surgical treatment of tibial plateau fractures with double minimal incision and double plates

摘要 目的:探讨双小切口、双钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法采用双小切口、双钢板治疗23例胫骨平台骨折患者。观察骨折愈合情况,末次随访时按HSS评分标准评定疗效。结果患者均获随访,时间6-36个月。伤口均愈合良好,骨折愈合时间为3-6个月。膝关节活动度:伸0°-15°,屈80°-140°。 HHS评分:优14例,良6例,中2例,差1例。结论双小切口、双钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折具有创伤小、骨折愈合快、膝关节功能恢复满意等优点。 Objective To explore the efficacy of using double plates through double minimal incision for the treat-ment of tibial plateau fracture. Methods Twenty-three patients with complicated tibial plateau fracture were man-aged and were treated by double plates through double minimal incision. Bone healing were observed and were evalu-ated by HSS score at the last follow-up. Results All patients were followed up for 6-36 months. The bone healing time was 3-6 months. The activity extend of knee was 0°-15° in extension, and 80-140° in flextion. According to HSS score, the results were excellent in 14 cases, good in 6, fair in 2 and poor in 1. Conclusions Using double plates through double minimal incision for the treatment of tibial plateau fracture takes advantages of minor trauma, short bone healing time, and well knee function.
