Lateral clavicle fractures are common. It is important for us to have a good knowledge of the anatomy,classification,treatment principles and methods for lateral clavicle fractures for the purpose of reasonable treatment of lateral clavicle fractures. This article reviews the basic anatomy,classification,management strategies and complications for lateral clavicle fractures,with the goal of imparting providers with practical principles for approaching these injuries.
