摘要
采用Al66Si5Cu26Zn2Ti1钎料真空钎焊65vol%Si CP/Al复合材料与20vol%SiCP/Al复合材料,并对钎焊接头进行了显微组织分析、能谱分析、剪切强度测试及气密性分析。结果表明:Al66Si5Cu26Zn2Ti1钎料能够实现镀镍65vol%SiCP/Al复合材料与20vol%SiCP/Al复合材料的钎接;Ti阻止了SiC与Al的界面反应;结合生产效率和生产成本,570℃×20 min为最优工艺。
65vol% SiCP/Al composite and 20vol% SiCP/Al composite were solder vacuum brazed by using Al66Si5Cu26Zn2Ti1. By SEM, EDS analysis. The microstructure, EDS analysis, shearing strength and gas tightness of the welded joint were studied. The results show:Al66Si5Cu26Zn2Ti1can achieve the connection between 65vol% SiCP/Al composite with nickel chemical-plating on the surface and 20vol% SiCP/Al composite. Ti can prevent the interfacial reaction of SiC and Al.Combined with the production efficiency and cost, the process of 570℃×20 min is the optimal process.
