高强度铸铁短流程工艺专用净化剂的实验研究

摘要 为了解决高强度铸铁短流程工艺技术难题,采用稀土精矿、氧化钙、铝土矿和焦炭粉为净化剂,研究了净化处理和静置时间对铁水质量的影响,探讨了净化剂的净化机理,分析了净化处理与孕育的综合强化效果。实验结果表明,该净化剂可以降低铁水粘度和表面张力,使夹杂物与金属液分离;另外,净化剂与金属液反应生成大量CO气泡,使熔池沸腾加快铁水的净化,这样可获得高纯净度的铁水。 In order to solve the technology problem of short process of high strength cast iron, the effects of purification treatment and holding time on the quality of molten iron were studied by using the purification agent (rare earth ore concentrate, calcium oxide, bauxite and the char powder). The mechanism of purification by purifying agent was discussed. And the strengthening effect between purification treatment and inoculation was analyzed. The experimental results show that the purifying agent can reduce the viscosity and surface tension of molten iron. The inclusions were separated from the molten metal. In addition, purifying agent reacts with the molten iron oxide to form a large number of CO bubbles. The molten pool boiling accelerates the molten iron purifying, so high purity molten iron can be obtained.
