摘要
对镁合金酚醛树脂砂型型腔中充SF6保护气体进行了试验研究。结果表明,型腔中未充SF6保护气体时,铸件表面粘砂比较严重;充SF6保护气体时,铸件表面光洁,说明镁合金液浇入后SF6保护气体能有效阻止与砂型发生反应,从而防止粘砂。据此结果,可以实现镁合金砂型铸件的小批量生产。
The SF6 protection gas effect of phenolic resin sand mold of magnesium alloy was studied. The results show that not filled with SF6 protection gas, the casting surface adhering sand is serious; filled with SF6 protection gas, the casting surface is bright and clean. The results show that after magnesium alloy melt is poured into the mold cavity, SF6 protection gas can effectively prevent it react with mold sand, so as to prevent the adhering sand. According to the results, the small batch production of Mg alloy casting can be accomplished.
