摘要
以发动机前油封零件为例,对其压铸难点进行了深入剖析,详细阐述了金属熔炼、压铸、机加工、清洗以及密封性检测等工序的控制要点。实际应用表明:严格控制各工序,能有效降低返工率,提高铸件品质,具有直接的经济效益。
Taking engine front flange part as an example, its die-casting difficulty was thoroughly analyzed. The procedure control points of metal smelting, die-casting process, machining, washing, tightness testing and so on were elaborated. Practical application shows that: strict control of the each procedure can effectively reduce rework rate and improvethe casting quality, which obtains economic benefit directly.
