基于ProCAST梯度绝热耐火材料温度场数值模拟的研究 被引量:1

摘要 设计了一种梯度绝热耐火材料,并借助有限元软件ProCAST对它的温度场进行了数值模拟。结果表明,当第三层厚度增加到12 mm时保温效果最好,继续增加厚度提升效果不明显。最后对在铸件中应用梯度绝热耐火材料进行数值模拟,模拟结果与普通工艺结果相比具有良好的保温效果。 A gradient insulating refractory material was designed. And then its temperature field was numerically simulated by using finite element software ProCAST. The results show that, when the third layer thickness increases to 12mm, insulation effect is the best, but continuing increase of thickness the effect is not obvious. Finally, application of the gradient insulating refractory material in the casting was numerically simulated. That compared with result of the ordinary process. The simulation result has a good insulation effect.
