厚板弯曲成形有限元数值模拟及工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过采用DYNAFORM有限元软件,对轨道车辆中厚板弯曲件的成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了在冷弯过程中不同凸模圆角半径及不同板厚下,各弯曲件的减薄率对成形工艺的影响。采用数值模拟及工艺实验的方法,得出了厚板弯曲件成形的工艺条件,大大提高了工艺设计的效率。 The forming process of the plate bending in railway vehicles was numerically simulated by using DYNAFORM finite element software. The influences of thinning rate of the each bending part with different comer radii of punch and different thickness of the plate on the forming process were analyzed in the cold bending process. Using the method of numerical simulation and process experiment, the process condition of plate bending forming was obtained, which greatly improvd the efficiency of the process design.
