摘要
在综合考虑垫板及材料性质随温度变化的基础上,建立了基于流变剪切应力的移动热源模型,并用有限元软件对2024铝合金与SiCP/Al6061复合材料的搅拌摩擦焊搭接温度场进行了模拟。结果表明,模型能够较好地反映异种材料搅拌摩擦焊搭接在搅拌针下压阶段、预热阶段和行走阶段的温度场特征。
Considering the shear stress on the contact surface, the moving heat source model was established to simulate the temperature fields of FSWed dissimilar lap joint of 2024 aluminum alloy to SiC_p/A16061 composite. The effect of backing plate and thermal-physical properties of the material was also taken into consideration. The results show that the simulation results have good agreement with the welding process characteristic, and can predict the different welding stages, including plunging stage, dwelling stage and moving stage.
