摘要
开口式感应线圈可应用于复杂、超长管接头(如空调管路)的自动化感应钎焊中,具有灵活、环保的特点,但加热效率及温度均匀性不佳。本文基于磁-热耦合的有限元数值模拟,设计了一种变截面的开口式感应线圈,在提高加热效率的同时,改善了钎焊区域的温度均匀性。试验结果表明,相较于常规的等截面线圈,使用变截面感应线圈时具有不同的加热特征,并使得钎焊时间得到了有效减少。接头水压试验表明,接头的钎焊质量符合工艺要求。
The circle-open induction coil can be applied in automatic brazing process of long and complex pipe joints (such as joints of air conditioning line), which is flexible and environmentally friendly. But the heating efficiency is low, and the temperature uniformity is serious. The circle-open induction coil with variable cross-section area is designed in order to improve the heating efficiency and the temperature uniformity based on the magnetic-thermo coupled finite element method. The results show that different heating characteristic appears when the circle-open coil with variable cross-section area is used, when the coil with constant cross-section area is employed. Besides, the heating time is shortened efficiently when the circle-open coil with variable cross-section area is used. The joint pressure test illustrates that the quality of the joint conforms to the process requirement.
