摘要
目的探讨正常肾脏在3.0TMR多b值DWI的特点及反映肾脏水分子弥散特征的最佳b值。方法选择在我院体检的60例健康志愿者作为研究对象。采用Discovery MR 750 3.0T超导型磁共振成像系统进行肾脏MRI常规扫描和DWI扫描,b值选取50、100、300、500、800、1000s/mm2,在后处理工作站测量肾脏皮质及髓质的ADC值。结果 b值=50、100、300、500、800、1000s/mm2时,正常成人肾脏皮质的ADC值(×10-3s/mm2)分别为4.39±1.13、3.81±0.63、2.81±0.38、2.43±0.24、2.18±0.20、1.96±0.15,髓质的A D C值(×1 0-3s/m m2)分别为3.94±1.05、3.34±0.64、2.57±0.35、2.25±0.22、2.04±0.21、1.88±0.13,各b值下肾脏皮质与髓质的ADC值之间均具有显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论 3.0TMR多b值DWI在肾脏的应用具有独特的优越性,b值取800s/mm2为反映肾脏水分子弥散特征的最佳b值。
Objective To explore the characteristics of 3.0T MR mulity b-value Diffusion-weighted Imaging of normal kidney and the best b-value for reflecting the character of renal diffusion. Methods Selection in our hospital check-up of 60 cases of healthy volunteers as the research object. Using Discovery MR 750 3.0T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging system on the kidney with routine and DWI scan. B value was selected as 50, 100, 300, 500, 800, 1000s/mm^2, measureing renal cortex and medullary ADC values in the post-processing workstation. Results When the b values were 50, 100, 300, 500, 800, 1000s/mm^2, The ADC values of the cortex were 4.39±1.13、3.81±0.63、2.81±0.38、2.43±0.24、2.18±0.20、1.96±0.15,The ADC values of the medulla were 3.94±1.05、3.34±0.64、2.57±0.35、2.25±0.22、2.04±0.21、1.88±0.13, The b value of renal cortex and medullary ADC values between a statistically significant difference(P0.01). Conclusion Conclusion 3.0T MR mulity b-value Diffusion-weighted Imaging has its unique superiority on kidney and the best b-value for reflecting the character of renal diffusion was 800s/mm^2.
