摘要
目的探讨MSCT对成人肠套叠的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析32例经手术及病理证实的小肠套叠的MSCT表现及临床意义。结果 32例病人的MSCT征象表现为:靶环征、肾形肿块及彗星尾征、双管征、漩涡征。其中小肠-小肠套叠6例,小肠-结肠型套叠10例,结肠-结肠型套叠7例。良性肿瘤10例,恶性病变17例,阑尾炎3例,慢性粘连2例。结论 MSCT对成人肠套叠的诊断和临床治疗有着重要的作用。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MSCT in adult intussusception. Methods MSCT manifestations and clinical significances of 32 cases with surgically confirmed intussusception were retrospectively analyzed. Results 32 cases with adult intussusception showed target sign, kidney-like tumor sign, comet tail sign, double intestines sign and whirl sign. 6 cases were small intestine-small intestine intussusception, and 13 cases showed small intestine-colon intussusception, and 7 cases showed coloncolon intussusception. 10 cases were benign tumors, and 17 cases were malignant lesions. 3 cases were appendicitis, and 2 cases were chronic adjoin. Conclusion MSCT provides important guidance in the diagnosis and clinical treatment of intussusception.
