摘要 目的研究3.0T磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)及波谱分析(MRS)在前列腺癌的诊断效果情况。方法选取本院患有前列腺癌及前列腺增生的病人58人,对其分别进行磁共振常规扫描、弥散加权成像(DWI)及波谱分析(MRS),分别对正常周围带、移行带和前列腺癌区的(胆碱+肌酸)/枸橼酸[(Cho+Cr)/Cit]、表观弥散系数(ADC)值进行记录,分析数据所表示的不同组织结构间的差异。结果前列腺癌灶的表观弥散系数值较正常周围带与移行带明显偏低(P<0.05),(0.72-0.80)×103mm2/s为其95%的可信区间;癌灶的CC/Ci值较正常的周围带和移行带明显偏高(P<0.05),其95%可信区间为(0.97-0.13)×103mm2/s。结论 3.0T磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)及波谱分析(MRS)在前列腺癌中的诊断效果良好,各有侧重和其独到之处,两种方法联合对前列腺癌确诊率的提高具有良好的促进作用。 Objective To explore the 3.0T magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) and spectroscopy(MRS) in the diagnosis of prostate cancer effect situation. Methods A total of 60 cases of prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia accepted conventional MRI scans, diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) and spectroscopy(MRS), respectively, for the normal surrounding zone, transitional zone and prostate cancer District(choline+creatine)/citrate [(Cho+Cr)/Cit], apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) valuesfor recording, analysis of the organizational structure of the differences between the data represented. Results The apparent diffusion coefficient values of the prostate cancer is lower than normal surrounding prostate cancer foci and the transitional zone, P〈0.05,(0.72-0.80)×10^3mm^2/s for its 95% confidence interval; foci CC/Ci value than normal peripheral zone and the transitional zone of significantly higher(P〈0.05), its 95% confidence interval(0.97-0.13)×10^3mm^2/s. Conclusion 3.0T magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) and spectroscopy(MRS) good results in the diagnosis of prostate cancer, have focused on and its unique, two methods combined diagnosis of prostate cancer diagnosed rate raise a good role in promoting.
