多层螺旋CT诊断成人冠状动脉变异 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对冠状动脉变异的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析总结49例患者的MSCT冠状动脉成像资料,原始数据以容积再现(VR)、曲面重建(CPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)等重建技术显示冠状动脉并分析变异类型及临床价值。结果 720例受检者中检出冠状动脉变异患者49例,检出率6.8%。其中冠状动脉瘘2例(4.1%),冠脉发育不良3例(6.1%),冠状动脉开口起源异常11例(22.4%),心肌桥32(65.3%)例,重复冠状动脉1例(2%)。结论 MSCT可无创性准确诊断各种冠状动脉变异,具有重要诊断价值。 Objective To discuss the value of 64 MDCT for evaluation of coronary artery anomalies. Methods 49 patients with coronary artery anomalies undergone MSCT coronary angiography were retrospectively reviewed. The raw data were transferred to the work station and volume render(VR),curved planar reconstruction(CPR), maximum intensity projection(MIP), and blood vessel probe were performed, analysis of Coronary artery anomaly types and clinical significance. Results In 720 patients, 49 cases were found to have coronary artery anomalies(6.8%), including 2 cases with Coronary artery fistul(4.1%), 3 cases with dysplastic coronary artery(6.1%),11 cases with anomalous origin of coronary artery(22.4%), 32 cases with myocardial bridge(65.3%), 1case duplication of arteries analisis(2%). Conclusion MSCT could be used for noninvasive accurate evaluation of various types of coronary artery anomalies, it has important diagnostic value.
