腹膜后恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤一例

摘要 患者男,54岁。因排尿困难4个月,加重1个月入院。体检：下腹部触及一直径约10 cm大小实性肿块,活动度差,有压痛;直肠指诊示：前列腺Ⅱ°增大,中央沟消失,质地韧,表面光滑无结节,无触痛,退出指套无血染。既往有心房纤颤、脑梗死及乙型病毒性肝炎病史。实验室检查：Hbs Ag（＋）,余无特殊。超声：直肠前方、尿道前列腺后方探及一巨大囊实性肿块,形态不规则,边界不清,大小约12 cm×11 cm×10 cm,呈不均质低回声（图1）,
