RB1基因的一生殖细胞系新生突变致视网膜母细胞瘤 被引量：1

摘要 视网膜母细胞瘤（RB）是由于RB1基因在生殖细胞或体细胞上发生双等位基因突变所致[1].RB1基因为抑癌基因,其编码的RB1蛋白（pRB）在CDK3/cyclin-C的作用下被磷酸化,释放转录因子并激活基因转录,在促使细胞周期由G0期进入G1期过程中起关键调控作用[2-4].
