掌侧双柱万向锁定加压接骨板治疗C型桡骨远端骨折37例 被引量:11

摘要 桡骨远端骨折是常见的骨折之一,约占全身骨折的18%[1-2].C型骨折治疗是当今骨科面临的难题之一[3].我院2010年3月-2012年5月采用掌侧双柱万向锁定加压接骨板治疗C型桡骨远端骨折37例,临床疗效满意.现报告如下. 1临床资料 1.1一般资料 本组男21例,女16例;年龄18~53岁,平均35.6岁.左侧17例,右侧20例.致伤原因:高处坠落伤23例,交通伤14例.其中3例为多发伤.均为新鲜骨折.按AO分型:C1型9例,C2型13例,C3型15例.术前掌倾角-70°~45°,平均-42.7°;尺偏角-10°~13°,平均6.8°;桡骨短缩10~ 16mm,平均11mm.
