农业视角下的甘肃省生态安全研究

The Research on Ecological Security in Gansu Province from the Perspective of Agriculture

论文尝试通过农业视角对甘肃省生态安全做出初步的探讨,考虑环境因素并且运用了方向性距离函数测算了2000-2011年甘肃省14个市州的农业环境技术效率,采用了ML生产率指数及其分解项对14个市州的农业全要素生产率变化做出了相应的分析。结果发现环境约束对农业全要素生产率的影响很大;农业技术进步是推动甘肃省各市州的农业全要素生产率增长的主要源泉;甘肃省大部分地区的技术效率在所研究的年份中处于退步的状态。在此结论基础上,对如何在农业可持续发展下保障甘肃省生态安全提出了相关的建议。

This paper attempts to make a preliminary study on ecological safety of Gansu province through the perspective of agricultural. We will calculate the Gansu province＇ s agricultural TFP ML index and its decomposi- tion components with the help of directional distance function of environmental and compared with traditional meth- ods measure out of agricultural TFP M index. The results showed that environmental have a big impact on agricul- ture TFP; technological advances in agricultural is mainly source to promote every cities in Gansu province＇s agri- cultural TFP growth; the technical efficiency of most cities in Gansu province in the study years in regress.
