摘要
以2001-2010年工业二氧化硫(SO2)与工业化学需氧量(COD)两种污染物为研究样本,利用LMDI方法分解了两种污染物的全过程管理,并以此为研究样本检验环境技术对全过程管理的影响效果。研究发现,环境技术水平的提高有利于全过程管理的实现。环境技术对工业SO2全过程管理的影响主要通过末端治理实现,而环境技术对工业COD全过程管理的影响则主要通过源头防治实现。
Using provincial panel data of industrial SO/ and industrial COD from 2001 to 2010, the whole process management was calculated, and the effect of environmental technology on whole process management was checked. It was found that, the relationship between environmental technology and whole process management was positive. Moreover, the influence of environmental technology on whole process management for industrial S02 is through the end - of - pipe treatment, and the influence of environmental technology on whole process management for industrial COD is through the source prevention.
