绿色管理对酒店业可持续发展的必要性研究

The Research of Existing Problems and Strategy in Implementation of Green Management in Domestic Hotels

随着绿色环保理念的普及和日渐深入人心,绿色消费已逐渐成为主流消费趋势之一,而绿色管理作为一种顺应而生的全新管理方式,是企业面向日趋激烈的市场竞争,实现可持续发展的重要途径之一。酒店业实行绿色管理同样被视为顺应发展潮流、提升企业价值、符合长远发展战略的管理模式。现阶段,绿色管理理念在国外已被酒店业者高度关注并广泛应用,但就我国酒店业而言,绿色管理仍处于初级阶段,且运行过程中存在许多问题和挑战。本文针对国内最具代表性的豪华型及经济型两类酒店,分别描述其绿色管理发展过程中存在的突出问题,并进行原因分析,最后提出我国酒店绿色管理模式未来发展的意见建议。

With the concept of environmental protection being popularized and increasingly accepted by the consumers,green consumption becomes the trend for mainstream consumers.Green Management,as a new mode of management which confirms to the current situation,is considered to be one significant way of achieving sustainable development for enterprises in face of fierce market competition.Meanwhile,Green Management in hotel industry is also seen as one kind of management mode which adapts to the development trend,enhances enterprise value,as well as confirms to the long-term development strategy.Recently,the concept of Green Management has been paid much attention to and widely used by hoteliers in foreign countries.However,in terms of Chinese hotel industry Green Management is still in the initial stage,facing a number of problems and challenges.In this paper,the author focuses on the most two representative hotels in China：luxury hotel and economy hotel,describing the outstanding problems respectively existed in the Green Management development process and analyzing the contributing reasons.In the end some advice and suggestions were proposed concerned with the future development of Green Management mode for Chinese hotel industry.
