摘要
高等教育目的价值取向应当由三维所构成:技术效率取向、理性反思取向和人文关怀取向。从三维视角来考察,它们对于高等教育活动有着各自的有效范围:人文关怀取向追求理想愿望,理性反思取向追求大学的批判精神,技术效率取向追求组织规则。只有三维合一,才能适应当下高等教育所面临的复杂环境,挣脱人们强加给它的不合理要求,做自己应该做的事,在社会大系统中正确定位自己。
The value orientation of higher education end ought to be consituted of three dimensions:technology efficiency orientation,rational reflection orientation and humanistic care orientation.Under the three-dimension perspective,they have respective coverage in the higher education behaviors:humanistic care orientation pursues ideal appeal;relational re-flection orientation pursues university critical spirit;technology efficiency orientation pursues organization rules.Only the three dimensions unification adapts to the complicated environment in face of higher education today,and breaks loose the unreasonable requirement imposed on it.By doing what it has to do,it can rightly locate position in the social system.
