摘要
民国时期,出版业取得了长足发展。发展过程中,由于市场竞争等因素,不可避免地出现了一些版权纠纷。民国时期出版业的版权纠纷主要包括三类:中外之间的版权纠纷、国内出版者之间的版权纠纷、作者与出版者之间的版权纠纷。其中,国内出版者之间的版权纠纷主要表现为两种形式:盗版作伪、剽窃抄袭。这些版权纠纷的适当解决,对于今天的出版业仍有一定的借鉴意义。
During the period of the repubhc of china, the publishing industry made great development. In the process of development, because of the market competition and other factors, inevitably there were some copyright disputes. Copyright disputes of publishing industry mainly included copyright disputes between Chinese and Foreigners, copyright disputes between domestic publishers, and copyright disputes between the author and the pubhsher. Copyright disputes between domestic publishers included piracy, fake and plagiarism. Some proper solution of these copyright disputes still have certain reference significance for today＇s publishing industry.
