知识获取作为影响技术创新的关键环节,决定着创新的效率与成败。本文在分析已有知识获取研究成果的基础上,提出了技术创新的知识体系结构,进而依据技术创新过程中的知识获取特点,从知识的识别和转化、知识的转移和共享、知识的流动等方面系统研究了知识获取的路径,为技术创新提供了一种新思路,有利于在提高企业知识获取效率的同时加快其技术创新步伐,以达到最大化组织价值之目的。

As the key part of the technology innovation , knowledge acquisition determines the efficiency and the ultimate success or failure of technological innovation .Based on the analysis of existing research on knowledge acquisition ,summarizing proposed architecture , in turn based on the characteristics of knowledge acquisition of technology innovation , systematic study knowledge acquisition from identifi-cation and transformation , transfer and sharing and flow of knowledge ,which is not only having theoretical guidance to improve the effi -ciency of knowledge acquisition , promote technology innovation and maximize the organization value , but also providing a new way of thinking for technology innovation .
