摘要
南京沦陷后的大部分时间里,民众的生活极为困苦,粮食供应紧张为其基本特征。1938年,由于日军没有收紧对南京的粮食控制,粮食供应尚显平稳。从1939年开始,日军限制粮食自由流动,实行许可证制度,1942年开始又实行计口售粮制度,南京市民的粮食供应被极度压低,人民的生活困苦不堪。
Most of the time during the period of Japanese occupation of Nanjing, people lived in a hard, tight grain supplies as its basic characteristics. In 1938, because of no tightening of food control by the Japanese army in Nanjing, the food supply was stable. From 1939 onwards, Japanese troops limited the free movement of food, implement the permit system and adopted the systems of according to the population of the suoolv of food in 1942. Nanjing people's food supplies were extremely low, the people's lives were difficuh.
