信息技术植入与柔性组织构建的耦合机理研究

On the Coupling Mechanism of the Implantation of Information Technology and the Construction of Flexible Organizations

知识经济时代,信息技术已经成为组织参与竞争的必要条件和基本配置。对环境变化做出快速有效的响应能力即组织柔性已经成为企业竞争的新焦点,是组织获得持续竞争优势的来源之一。组织柔性的构建是一个系统工程,它既要考虑组织的战略柔性也要考虑组织的结构和人员柔性,同时还需要组织财务、信息、生产、营销和技术管理等系统柔性的有机配合。拟从信息技术植入和组织柔性的本质分析入手,系统研究柔性组织构建的基础,在此基础上剖析信息技术植入与组织柔性构建的耦合机制,以期从一个全新的视角阐述技术与组织关系,同时也可对信息技术植入和柔性组织构建的互动关系有一个整体、深入认识。

In the era of knowledge economy, information technology has become a basic and indispensible config- uration for the organizations to participate in competition. The ability to make quick and effective response to environmental changes--the organizational flexibility--has already become a new focus of competition; it is one of the sources for organizations to quickly obtain sustained competitive advantage. The construction of organizational flexibility is a systematic project. It should not only consider the organization＇s strategic flexibility but also the flexibility of the organizational structure and personnel; at the same time, co-operations among finance, information, production, marketing and technology management should be flexibly organized. Starting from the analysis of the implantation of information technology and the essence of organizational flexibility, this research has systematically studied the base for the construction of flexible organizations, based on which the coupling mechanism of the implantation of information technology and the construction of flexible organizations is further studied. Having tried to describe the relationship between technology and organizations in a completely new perspective, this research also presents an overall and in-depth knowledge of the dynamic relationship between the implantation of information technology and the construction of organizational flexibility.
