知识整合能力与运作特性对组织创新绩效的交互效应研究

The Influence of Knowledge Integration Capability and Operational Features on Enterprise Innovation Performance

基于能力观和过程观双重视角,构建知识整合能力与运作特性的交互效应模型,并通过对多省市、多行业企业的调查进行模型检验。研究结果表明:知识整合能力、运作特性与组织创新绩效呈显著正相关关系,知识整合能力与运作特性的交互效应对组织创新绩效有显著正向影响;整合效率正向调节系统化能力、社会化能力与组织创新绩效的关系,合作化能力与整合弹性不存在交互效应。

Combining the perspectives of capability and process,based on a sample of enterprises from a variety of industries and areas,this paper found that knowledge integration capability and operational characteristics have significantly positive correlation with enterprise＇s innovation performance,that integration efficiency positively adjusts the relationship between the systematic capability and organizational innovation performance,and so between the social capability and innovation performance; while direct effect of cooperative capability on innovation performance is not significant.
