网络组织治理结构对治理绩效的影响研究——以太原重型机械集团网络为例

Impact of Governance Structure on Governance Performance for Network Organization——The Case Study on Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Network

运用结构方程模型对太原重型机械集团网络内45家成员企业的问卷调查数据进行实证分析,研究网络组织治理结构联系紧密度与联系中心性对治理绩效的影响。结果表明:联系紧密度与网络中心性对网络组织治理绩效均有正向促进作用,但影响程度不同。

By the survey of 45 enterprises in Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Network,this paper uses the structural equation model to sample data modeling analysis and studies the network organization governance structure of two dimensions,contact tightness＇ s and network centrality＇s impact on governance performance. The results show that,contact tightness and network centrality both have a positive role in governance performance.
