钻柱纵横弯曲半波方程的理论研究及其应用

摘要 研究井下钻柱的受力与变形,对于保护套管和钻具的安全使用,确保正常钻井,意义十分重大。本文应用梁的纵横弯曲理论,并以弹性变形能和三角级数的研究方法,导出了钻柱运动的变形能方程及挠曲方程。并引入了影响钻柱运动的转速、扭矩、横向均布荷载、轴向力、井斜角等七个参数进行定量分析。通过实践得到了应用和验证,使理论更接近于实际。 It is of great importance to study the stress and crookedness of the well string so as to protect the casing and drilling tools in safety use, and to guarantee the normal drilling operation. The equation of crookedness energy of the string motion and the equation of the crookedness are formulated in the light of the theory of cross crookedness of the beam and by virtue of triangular series and elastic energy of crookedness. Seven parameters affecting the motion of the drill string are used to analyse quantitatively , which are the rotation speed, torque, horizontally uniform load, axial force, and deviational an- gle of the well. The application and test have been made in practice.
