色素上皮衍生因子抑制糖尿病视网膜血管病变的研究新进展 被引量:5

摘要 糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病最严重微血管并发症之一,其发病率、致盲率随着糖尿病病程的延长而增加。其基本病理改变包括早期血-视网膜屏障破坏、视网膜微血管瘤形成、出血、渗出,以及晚期新生血管形成和增殖性病变。色素上皮源性因子(pigment epitheliumderived factor,PEDF)是目前发现的最有效的内源性新生血管抑制因子,同时具有神经营养及神经保护功能。PEDF 作为DR 疾病发展过程的一个保护性因子,其作用机制一直是目前研究的热点。现就PEDF 对DR 保护作用研究的新进展以及分子生物学机制进行综述。
