中国式影子银行体系信用创造和扩张机制——从信托公司角度的考察

Credit Creation and Expansion Mechanism of China-style Shadow Banking System:From the Perspective of Trust Company

随着我国影子银行体系的发展,中国式影子银行已经对我国金融体系产生重要影响。本文从信托公司的角度出发,对信托公司的"信用增加"与"货币增加"、"信用创造"与"信用扩张"进行了区别和分析,提出了影子银行体系目前主要存在的两种信用创造和扩张机制,并对其给金融体系带来的影响进行分析。在此基础上,提出针对影子银行体系发展和监管的政策建议。

With the development of shadow banking system, China-style shadow banking has an important impact on chinese fi- nancial system.From the perspective of trust company, this paper distinguishes ＂credit increase ＂with＂currency increase＂, ＂cred- it creation＂with＂credit expansion＂, and has an analysis on them ,then we presente two main credit creation and expansion mech- anisms of currently shadow banking system existing, and analyze the impact of them to financial system. On the basis of this, we propose policy recommendations for the development of the shadow banking system and regulation.
