Deng Xiaoping's Thought and Enlightenment of Cadre's Style Construction in the Period of the South Bureau

西南解放后,党所面临的复杂局势对干部队伍提出了更高要求。然而干部中出现的一些畏难情绪、享乐思想和攀比心理等不良现象,严重损害了党的形象,影响了党领导的恢复和发展经济、巩固新生政权等工作任务的顺利实现。邓小平认为干部作风关系到党的执政安危,他要求领导干部严格按照政治纪律和组织制度加强学习、规范言行,自觉克服官僚主义和命令主义等倾向,切实依靠群众推进各项工作。虽然当前中国共产党面临不同的时代环境和历史任务,但是干部作风建设的重要意义和根本要求都没有变,还是要遵循共产党的先进性建设规律和执政规律,切实践行群众路线,深化干部人事制度改革,确保干部队伍具有优良的作风,使其成为中国特色社会主义建设事业的中流砥柱。

After liberation of Southwest,the complex situation required more high-quality cadres.However,some negative phenomena such as fear of hardship,hedonism and psychological comparisons had seriously damaged the Party’s image,and affected the tasks of economic recovery and consolidating of the new regime.Deng Xiaoping had been believing that the cadres’style was related to the safety of the party’s ruling,he had demanded cadres enhancing learning,standardizing words and deeds in strict accordance with the political and organizational systems,overcoming bureaucracy and commandism and other phenomena,relying on the masses to push all the work.Although the China Communist Party faces different era and the historical task,but the significance and inherent requirement of cadre style construction has not changed,so we still have to follow the laws of the Communist Party’s advanced construction and ruling,with the help of the mass route and the reform of personnel systems to ensure that the cadres have excellent style,making them become the mainstay of Chinese socialist construction enterprise.
