资源与环境约束下北方生态屏障策略研究

On the Ecological Barrier Strategy of Northern Areas under Resource and Environment Restricts

内蒙古在中国北方生态屏障体系中居重要地位。本文从北方生态安全屏障的重要性出发,根据内蒙古生态安全屏障建设过程中需要解决的问题,从六个方面提出了资源与环境约束下将构建北方重要生态安全屏障的具体措施。

Inner Mongolia occupies an important position in the Northern Ecological Barrier System in China. Starting from the importance of Northern Ecological Barrier system, based on the problems to be solved in the construction of Inner Mongolia ecological barrier, this paper pats forward specific measures from six aspects on constructing the important northern safety ecological barrier under resource and environment restricts.
