摘要
我们处在渴望富有创造性教育领导的时代,但同时正遭遇"教育领导危机"。加强教育领导理论研究乃是教育变革的深切呼唤,是管理理念转变的迫切要求,是教育领导研究的理论必然。推动教育领导研究的理论建构,凸显教育领导理论的引领价值,为全面深化教育改革提供智力支撑,是中国教育领导理论研究的基本使命。为此,中国教育领导理论研究宜妥善处理理论建构与教育改革实践之间、理论内在发展与国外理论借鉴之间、定量研究与定性研究之间的关系,努力创建中国特色的教育领导学派。
We are in need of creative educational leadership,but we are experiencing 'education leadership crisis'.Strengthening research of educational leadership theory is a profound call from education reform.and it is also an urgent requirement for change of management philosophy and is ineyitable to the theoretical study of educational leadership.The basic mission of theoretical research of educational leadership includes:to promote theory construction of education leadership research,to highlight the leading value of educational leadership theory,and to provide intellectual support for the comprehensive reform of education.To this end,we should properly deal with relationships between education reform and theoretical construction,endogenous growth and external references of leadership theory,quantitative research and qualitative research,and then to create our own educational leadership school with Chinese characteristics.
