摘要
中国工会发展正处于深刻转型期,利用2013广东佛山南海企业—员工匹配数据,研究工会对员工工资福利的影响效应,实证结果表明,中国工会会员身份确实能提高员工工资,但对工作时间没有显著影响。工会会员身份对员工参保社会保险有促进作用,对参保医疗保险的作用相对最为显著;对员工参与企业培训发展总体上有正效应,特别对企业在员工学历教育上的人力资本投资的促进作用最明显,但在员工获取企业的心理保健上无显著相关关系。企业有无组建工会对企业生活服务、文娱体育设施的齐备程度无显著效应。研究结果一定程度上表明:转型中的中国工会对员工经济利益有明显促进作用,能关注员工的培训发展,但对员工身心保健作用并不显著。
Chinese union is undergoing profound transformation.Using 2013 Nanhai enterprise-staff matching data,the article discusses the impact of trade union on effects of staff* wage and welfare.The empirical results show that Chinese trade union membership can really improve employee's wages,hut have no significant effect on the working time.This identity has positive effect on employee's social insurance,relatively the most significant on the medical insurance.The identity has positive effect on the staff trainings,particularly on human capital investment of academic education.However,no significant correlation exists between the trade union and the psychological counseling.There is also no significant correlation between the establishment of the trade union and the supply of recreational and sports facilities within an enterprise.To a certain extent,the results show that Chinese trade union in the transformation has significant promoting effect on employees' economic interests.It can promote the corporation to pay attention to the training of the staff,but not to the employee's physical and mental health.
