Relationship between Technology Innovation Mode and Innovation Performance of SMEs:A Case Study of SMEs in Sichuan Province

摘要针对中小企业对技术创新模式选择的困境,考察了中小企业技术创新模式,在对技术创新模式与创新绩效之相关性进行理论分析的基础上提出研究假设,以四川省338家中小企业为样本进行实证分析。结果表明:合作创新的积极性、模仿创新的积极性和重视性与中小企业技术创新绩效正相关;相比模仿创新模式,合作创新模式对技术创新绩效的影响程度更显著。最后,根据研究结论,探讨了中小企业技术创新模式选择的相关启示。 Selection of appropriate technology innovation mode has challenged many small and medium enterprises （SMEs） in China. Through investigating the modes of technology innovation adopted by some SMEs and based on theoretical analysis of the hypothesis of correlation between technology innovation mode and performance, this paper conducts an empirical analysis with 338 SMEs in Sichuan Province as samples. The results and findings show that there is a positive correlation between the enthusiasm of innovation cooperation and technological innovation performance within SMEs. Compared with imitative innovation mode, cooperative innovation mode has a more evident effect on technological innovation performance of SMEs. The paper ends with a discussion on related inspirations out of the selection of technology innovation mode by SMEs
