The Practice of Interactive Usage of Personal Health Records Based on Timeline and Search Engine

随着区域医疗信息化建设的逐步深入,个人健康档案信息日益完善,使得对个人健康档案信息的高效利用以及应用成为非常重要的研究课题。原卫生部提出的健康档案时空多维信息模型,很好地体现健康档案的存储完整性和规范性,因此将多维信息模型转化成信息系统成为探讨、研究解决个人健康档案信息组织及应用的主要方向。本文在此基础上采用时间轴和搜索引擎技术实现了海量健康档案信息多维交互式提取和利用,很好地为个人、医务工作者以及医疗卫生行政管理机构提供了满足不同角色需求的健康档案信息。

With the gradual development of regional medical Lnformatization and the improvement of Personal Health Records （PHR）, the efficient use and application of personal health information becomes a very important research subject. The former Ministry of Health had proposed the multi-dimension model of health records, which greatly reflected the sequential nature and the integrality of the storage for the PHR system. So how to convert the multi-dimension model into information system becomes the major topic on the organization and application of personal health records information. On this basis, this paper realized the goal of multi-interactive visit of PHR of the massive Personal Health Records by using the technique of timeline and search engine, which can provide the individuals, personal medical workers and health administrative institutions with PHR information that meets the demand of different roles.
