Review on Construction of Affordable Housing Settlements and Its Living Environment

本文关注保障房建设的核心议题,即保障房住区及其居住环境建设,对国内外相关研究成果进行总结和评述。国外的保障房住区建设已有丰富的历史经验,相关研究因而较为深人,对保障房住区居住环境存在的问题有比较清晰的理解,并已经展开了保障房住区居住环境改善的理论和方法论的探讨;相比而言,国内保障房住区建设的时间较短,居住环境的研究较为薄弱,少量研究一方面主要是对国外相关理论和实践经验的简单借鉴,另一方面,研究缺乏深人的调查和实证分析,对保障房住区居住环境目前存在的客观问题、居民的主观感受、住房保障性人群的真实需求,以及两者之间的不匹配等问题尚缺乏深入探讨。

This article focuses on the core issues of affordable housing,namely the construction of affordable housing settlements and its living environment,giving a review on the relevant research findings at home and abroad.Based on a long-time experience of affordable housing construction,there are more indepth studies abroad,which have brought some relatively clear understanding about the existing problems on the living conditions of affordable housing settlements,and also have already started to explore the theory and methodology of improving its living environment.In contrast,the domestic relevant research is quite weak due to a short-time experience.On the one hand few studies are mainly related to referring to the foreign theories and practices,on the other hand,there is a lack of in-depth empirical investigation and analysis regarding the practical problems on living environment of affordable housing settlements,the subjective feelings,the real needs of residents and the mismatch between the two issues.
