HPLC法测参附丹强心颗粒中丹参素钠质量浓度

Determination of Salvianic acid A sodium in Shenfudan Qiangxin granules by HPLC

建立了HPLC法测定参附丹强心颗粒中丹参素钠质量浓度的方法．样品经水超声提取后，采用HPLC法测定参附丹强心颗粒中丹参素钠质量浓度，采用C18色谱柱，甲醇-0．5％磷酸（10∶90）为流动相．检测波长280nm，流速1．0mL/min．结果表明，丹参素钠线性范围为9．44～198．24μg/mL，相关系数r＝0．9998，平均回收率为96．58％.样品处理方法合理，方法学考察符合定量要求，结果准确，可用于参附丹强心颗粒中丹参素钠质量浓度测定．

This paper established a method for the determination of Shenfu Qiangxin granule Salvianic acid A sodium content with HPLC method .Sample was extracted by water with ul-trasonic extraction.HPLC was used to determine Salvianic acid A sodium content , using C18 chromatographic column, methanol -0.5%phosphate （10∶90） as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 280 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The results showed that the linear range was 9.44-198.24 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient r was 0.999 8, and the average recovery rate was 96.58%.Sample processing method was reasonable , and the methodological study meets the quantitative requirement .The accuracy of the results that can be used Shenfudan Qiangxin granules Salvianic acid A sodium determination .
