2012年～2013年盘锦市艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况分析

了解艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）人群的社会人口学特征及艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染状况，为今后更好地开展VCT检测，制定艾滋病防治对策提供科学依据。对2012年～2013年盘锦市411名求询者相关资料及检测结果进行统计分析。结果411名求询者中，栓出阳性30例，检出率为7．30％，检出率男性明显高于女性（x^2=299．76，P〈0．05）。求询者以青壮年为主，求询原因以有性接触高危行为史为主，男男性行为人群HIV检出率（15．65％）明显高于其他高危人群（x^2=6．83，P〈0．05）。VCT已经成为我市早期发现HIV感染者的重要窗口，应进一步加大VCT工作力度、扩大咨询点的覆盖面，更好地发挥VCT的优势和作用。

To understand the Social demographic characteristics Of HIV voluntary counseling and testing（VCT） people and The status of HIV infection, provide scientific evidence for HIV/AIDS prevention and control. Statistical analysis was made on the clients who had HIV voluntary counseling and testing from 2012 to 2013. Among 411 people seeking VCT services from 2012-2013, there were 30 cases HIV infection, and the detection rate was 7.30%, the infection rate of male was higher than female（x^2 =299.76,P〈0.05）, Most of the individuals were young people, Most clients having a high-risk behavior of sexual contact history, Men who had sex with men had a significantly high HIV positive rate than other high-risk groups （x^2 = 6.83,P〈0.05）. VCT service has played an important role in finding HIV infection. We should further increase the intensity of work, and expand the coverage of the VCT clinic, and give full play to the advantages and effects of VCT.
