治疗福利院重症患儿的伦理问题探析

自2011年我国首个婴儿安全岛建立以来,大量弃婴涌入安全岛,其中大多数患有严重疾病,需要住院治疗。这一弱势群体的权益保护问题,受到了越来越多的专家学者以及普通民众的关注。在福利院重症患儿住院救治过程中,本文针对医务人员在职业伦理、知情同意书的签署、试验性治疗的选择以及放弃治疗等方面遇到的伦理问题进行阐述和讨论,提出相应的伦理对策。同时呼吁尽快修订和完善放弃治疗等方面的立法,以更好地平衡和保障患儿、福利院以及医生三方的权益。

Since the first baby safety island was established in China in 2011, a large number of abandoned babies swarmed into safety islands, who suffering from serious illness mostly, requiring medical treatment. How to protect their rights and interests attracted more and more experts and ordinary people＇s attention. This paper discussed the ethical issues which medical staff met during saving the children with severe illness from welfare institution in hospitals, including of occupational ethics conflict, signing of consent forms, choosing of experimental treatments and abandoning of critically ill children, and so oft. Furthermore, putting forward corresponding countermeasures for this ethical problems. Finally, appealing to revise the law on abandoning treatment as soon as possible, to balance and protect the interests of orphans, welfare institution and doctors measurably.
